Eat fat Burn more fat!




I bang on about Coconut oil all the god damn time! as you should know by now vegetable oil is a god awful choice of fat to put in your body! partly due to the crazy high ratio of omega 6 compared to omega 3 and i'm pretty sure you've heard by now how we need our omega 3's (so also get your fish oils down you)

I literally cook everything in coconut oil or kerry gold butter, its one of the healthiest ingredients you can add to your diet to help improve body composition ie get leaner and increase muscle as well as improve overall markers of health!

coconut oil is made up of Medium chain triglycerides (MCT's) approx 60% ish, these provide almost instant energy unlike most fats that are usually available for energy around 2 hours after ingestion.

In the absence of carbs MCT's place the body in a great position to increase fat burning and prolong the process of burning fat.

So, how do you include MCT? Simple, get yourself some coconut oil, stick it in your morning coffee obviously without sugar! fry your eggs in it or any thing else for that matter, in a pre workout shake or even try adding a little to your post workout shake to bump up the quality cals.

can be used on your hair or skin and is even used by a lot of people to help strengthen the teeth and gums and give them a deep clean, known as teeth pulling i think, many people swear by this one! but ill leave you to test that one out.
