warm up: skipping 5 mins

A - lateral raises 4x10


B1 - seated Barbell press with chains 6-8 reps
rest 10 secs
B2 - lying db curl 10 -12 reps
rest 120

5 sets


C - Barbell hang cleans 6 reps

4 sets


D1 - half BB upright row x 10
D2 - front plate raise x 12 - 15

x 3


E1 - rear delt flies on the Olympic rings 3 sets 20 reps
